SA Soccer Accommodation ("the Owners"), which operates the website with the URL of http://www.sa-soccer-accommodation.co.za ("the Website"), draws the attention of all persons or entities ("Users") who may make use of or submit listings to the Website to the following Terms & Conditions and Disclaimers:
- All text contents of the Website, and all graphics or other images produced for the Website on the instructions and/or at the expense of the Owners, become the property of the Owners, and South African and international copyright and intellectual property laws and conventions accordingly apply to such contents.
- No contents of the Website, other than those in which third-party or other external copyright and ownership previously susbsists, may be reproduced anywhere, in any form, for any purpose whatsoever, without the written permission of the Owners.
- The Owners reserve the right to exclude or remove any listings or other information from the Website at any time at the discretion of the Owners.
- Contents may be excluded or removed from the Website at the discretion of the owners for, inter alia, the following reasons:
- Obscene, racially offensive or otherwise unacceptable use of language or presentation;
- Content which calls into question the integrity or reputation of the Owners or any persons or entities listed on the Website;
- Non-payment to the Owners of any monies or fees due to the Owners for displaying listings on the Website;
- Receipt by the Owners of a written request for the removal of any contents.
- The owners accept no financial or other liability or responsibilty for:
- The accuracy or currency of any information displayed on the Website;
- The unauthorised use of images or any other contents which may be submitted by Users to the Owners for display on the Website;
- Down-time or other unavailability of the Website arising from bandwidth, connectivity or other technical Internet problems arising from external causes beyond the direct control of the Owners.
- Spamming of the Owners or of any persons or entities with email addresses displayed on the Website will be regarded as an invasion of privacy and the Owners reserve the right to take whatever legal or other measures may be necessary to deter spammers and/or institute legal proceedings against spammers.
